One of the things that make Seattle Christian School so special is the unique blend of faculty, staff, students, and families throughout our rich heritage of 74 years and counting. It’s a story of people coming together around our mission to equip students to “impact their world for Christ.” The better we value, invest in, and care for people, the more fully we can embrace what God has in store. We trust God in His sovereignty, including people finding their way to SCS, within SCS, and even people finding a new path in which to serve.
Leadership is vital. From relationships to results, the way we lead matters. At SCS, our collaborative leadership model continues to develop, emboldening faculty and staff to use their gifts to serve our students and families more effectively. When working interdependently with a spirit of authenticity, intentionality, and courage, trust can be cultivated, and unity can become reality.
